“It is a rare and wonderful opportunity to get to see costumes from your favorite shows up close and personal, and we are excited to offer that experience to Broadway fans at Bloomingdale’s,” Heather Hitchens, executive director of the American Theatre Wing, and Charlotte St. Martin, executive director of The Broadway League, said.
Other windows feature “Best Musical” nominees Beautiful – The Carole King Musical, Aladdin, A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder and After Midnight with costumes, sketches and props from each production and show-inspired Bloomingdale’s fashions. Costumes from the most recent productions of Drowsy Chaperone, Follies and Side Show will also be featured on the third floor of Bloomingdale’s from May 14 through June 8.
