The Recording Academy has announced nominations for the 2024 Grammy Awards, and five Broadway shows are up for Best Musical Theater Album. The cast albums for Kimberly Akimbo, Parade, Shucked, Some Like It Hot and Sweeney Todd were all nominated in this category. The album’s producers, composers, lyricists and, where applicable, up to four principal vocalists are considered the individuals who actually receive the nomination.
The 66th annual Grammy Awards will take place Feb. 4, 2024, at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. The ceremony will air live on CBS and stream live and on-demand on Paramount+ from 8 to 11:30 p.m. ET/5 to 8:30 p.m. PT. See below for the nominees for each album:
